Payment Options
Because of credit card fees and the rules that govern credit and debit card transactions, beginning July 1, 2025, IRWD will no longer accept credit cards or debit cards for automatic payments. This includes autopay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and other online payment services.
IRWD will still be able to accept credit and debit cards for one-time payments; however, there will be a convenience fee charged by the company that processes those payments. This includes payments though PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and other services. IRWD does not receive any part of that fee.

Payment Portal Usage: Our payment portal is intended solely for the purpose of making payments to Irvine Ranch Water District and viewing your IRWD water bill. Any misuse of the payment portal, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorized transactions, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked or limited access.
