2025 Meeting Room Reservations

For 2025 reservations only. All rules apply, including:
- Each resident/group is allowed one reservation per month. Attempts to evade this rule may result in the cancellation of future reservations.
- Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rooms are available only to IRWD customers.
- If your reservation is declined for any reason, we cannot guarantee its availability.
- You will receive an email with instructions for accessing the room.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of future reservations.
Please allow at least 5 business days for processing.
Wait list
A wait list option is now available for customers that create a login for the booking system below. The wait list is limited to two people.
If a booking is canceled, the first person on the wait list is notified by email and given 24 hours to reserve the spot. After 24 hours, the second person is notified and given 24 hours. If neither waitlister reserves the spot, it is reopened on the public calendar.

The primary purpose of Irvine Ranch Water District’s meeting facilities is to conduct agency business for the benefit of IRWD’s customers. When the facilities are not being used for IRWD business, IRWD makes some of them available for use by the ratepaying public within its jurisdiction on a first-come, first-served basis, no more than once a month per person, residence, group and/or organization, and subject to certain eligibility requirements. IRWD imposes reasonable and necessary restrictions on using its facilities to avoid the appearance that it is endorsing a specific issue and to maintain neutrality.
