Request a payment arrangement
Is the balance due on your water bill more than you can pay right now?
IRWD offers payment arrangements to help. Read the following guidelines and complete the form below to request the option that is right for you.
- 1. Only account holders are allowed to set up payment arrangements for an account.
- 2. Once approved, your outstanding balance will be split into 6 or 12 monthly installments. Your normal monthly billing will continue to generate moving forward and will include the additional installment amount.
- 3. Please do not make payments outside of your payment schedule. This will cause your payment arrangement to break. If you wish to make a larger, or extra, payment. Please call and speak with a Customer Service Specialist.
- 4. If you are unable to make your payments, please call and speak with a Customer Service Specialist to avoid breaking your payment arrangement.
- 5. If a payment is missed or late, the payment arrangement will break and the full past due balance will become due immediately to avoid service interruption.
