2211 Michelson Holdings, LLC

This 12-story tower, located in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex, is the first multi-tenant building on the West Coast to achieve the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver certification for Core and Shell. In 2024, the dual-plumbed building earned IRWD WaterStar status for using recycled water not only for flushing toilets and urinals, but also for the building’s cooling tower.  The amount of drinking water saved using recycled water for these purposes is a whopping 2 million gallons per year, That’s enough to fill a 10-foot-deep swimming pool measuring 100 feet wide and nearly two football fields long!
