Warehouse 72

Warehouse 72 is a modern bistro and bar inside the Hyatt Regency Irvine. It was conceived by Doug Pak, who owns two locations – the other Warehouse 72 is in Houston. The modern-contemporary interior design enhances the restaurant's ambiance, but it's not all flash. Warehouse 72 has water-efficient fixtures and equipment that saves water for our community. It's also a chef-driven, experiential restaurant.
